Fresh Oyster Mushrooms – Our favorite way to prepare these mushrooms is to cut in large slices. Coat with parsley, black pepper, salt, green onions, garlic, drizzle chicken broth on top and mix well. Preheat a pan coated with olive oil and fry for 4-6 minutes while stirring occasionally. A delicious meal in itself. Oyster mushrooms are high in antioxidants, they help lower cholesterol levels, alleviate inflammation and boost brain health. They have a mild flavor. – 1 lb
